The recent acquisition of Vroon Offshore Services in the fourth quarter of 2023 has significantly enhanced Britoil's operational capacity, increasing its fleet to 15 Platform Supply Vessels, 21 Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessels, 21 Anchor Handling Tug Vessels, and 1 Offshore Support Vessel (OSV), resulting in a sizeable fleet of 58 vessels.

Qualifications & experience

 Four-year Baccalaureate Degree in Business Management or any related field.
 Computer Literate (Basic)
 Minimum knowledge in manning and maritime industry
 Minimum knowledge of management and organizational behavior
 Preferred to have experience but fresh graduate is welcome
Tasks & responsibilities Receives correspondence sent through mail and couriers and routes to concerned office personnel.
 Maintains and secures office equipment/materials under his/her responsibility.
 Receives incoming telephone calls, e-mails, and faxes then connects/informs concerned office personnel.
 Receives/entertains guests, visitors, applicants, and ex-crew transacting business with the company.
 Maintains Inventory list of Office Equipment in a controlled manner.
 Prepares Minutes of the Meeting.
 Assists applicants in the filling up of application forms.  Responsible for arrival formalities for off-signing seafarers.
 Responsible in the arrangement of travel bookings and hotel reservations.
 Responsible for the custody of supply in stock and its issuance to requesting parties.  Monitors the supply requirements of the Company and recommends for the procurement of items to maintain level of stock.
 Assist the Admin Manager with regards to handling the petty cash fund.
 Issues working uniforms to departing seafarers.
 Maintains and updates records of inventory.
 Responsible for the quality of work as per ISO 9001:2015 standard
 Ensures commitment in the implementation of the QMS.
 Other related concerns pertaining to administrative works.
