What You'll Do
As an Subledger Admin Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing and processing critical invoices and responding to customer inquiries related to accounts payable.

You'll report to Manager, Subledger Accounting

During a Typical Day, You'll

Ensure timely and accurate processing of urgent invoices up until the payment endorsementEnsure completeness and validity of requirements submitted in accordance with procedure and SOX controlsProcessing and monitoring of critical invoices such as telco, lease, legal and utility invoicesResolve any AP issues and coordinate internally with other processes until the invoices or expense reports are paidHandle tickets that are assigned for the submitted invoice or inquiries.
