Merchants DevelopmentCheck/Inspects completion of utility provisions prior to Turnover of leased areaConducts Technical Briefing to merchant's owner/contractor prior to construction of leased area.Evaluates and Approves Electrical, Fire Protection, and Architectural plans submitted by the merchants in accordance with the Property's Construction GuidelinesConducts regular safety inspection on constructing merchants in order to monitor conformity with the Property Guidelines.Witness/assist testing of all merchant's electrical, mechanical and architectural system.
