  1. To scan all necessary client documents for all projects in preparation for ERP system launch.
  2. To assist in uploading to ERP System once viable.
  3. In charge of folder creation or filing to existing folder of received client documents & labelling of folder.Job Specification
  4. A Bachelor's Degree holder in Business Administration, Management, Marketing and/or equivalent;
  5. With at least 1 year documentation and administration experience preferably in the real estate industry;
  6. Personable with excellent oral and written communication skills;
  7. Organized, keen on details and works well under pressure;
  8. Can interact, relate and coordinate effectively;
  9. Computer proficient
  10. Open for Fresh Graduates.
