Job Responsibilities
- To scan all necessary client documents for all projects in preparation for ERP system launch.
- To assist in uploading to ERP System once viable.
- In charge of folder creation or filing to existing folder of received client documents & labelling of folder.Job Specification
- A Bachelor's Degree holder in Business Administration, Management, Marketing and/or equivalent;
- With at least 1 year documentation and administration experience preferably in the real estate industry;
- Personable with excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Organized, keen on details and works well under pressure;
- Can interact, relate and coordinate effectively;
- Computer proficient
- Open for Fresh Graduates.
