Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Staff to join our team at 5th Avenue, Caloocan City. As the Office Staff, your primary responsibility will be to handle the documentation and processing of qualified skilled, and professional Filipino workers for our international clients abroad. Additionally, you will play a vital role in conducting briefings for onboarded candidates and providing guidance and training to our Processing Associates.

Main Duties

Manage the end-to-end document processing of selected candidates, ensuring all pre-deployment documents are complete and accurate.Prepare and accurately encode details of candidates' visa applications, embassies, medical assessments, OEC, PDOS, Enjaz, and other necessary appointments in the company database.Maintain continuous communication with candidates, following up on their requirements and providing necessary support throughout the processing phase.Respond to inquiries from both clients and candidates through various communication channels, such as email, text, social media, phone calls, or in-person meetings.Oversee the end-to-end document processing of clients' POEA accreditation, ensuring accurate and timely submission to prevent delays and ensure compliance with POEA regulations.Efficiently organize and maintain documents, records, and reports, ensuring proper filing and arrangement for easy retrieval.Conduct briefings for onboarded candidates, ensuring they are well informed about the process and requirements.Provide guidance and training to processing associates to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.Communicate effectively with selected candidates and provide daily reports to your immediate superior.Assist candidates with deployment procedures at the airport.RequirementsBachelor's/College Degree in any field.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent, with previous documentation/processing-related jobs being an advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently at all levels.Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage files and documents.Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with various levels of management, staff, and clients.Able to work under pressure and manage time effectively.Flexible with working hours to accommodate business needs.Willing to work at our location in 5th Avenue, Caloocan City.
