· PREPARE LOGISTICAL REQUIREMENTS

Prepare & coordinate logistical requirements of meetings, travels, & other operational activities; keep area clean & organized

· MANAGE SUPPLIES

Prepare & submit supplies requisitions, with reference to the approved budget, & monitor consumption of such

Qualifications:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Financial Management or Accounting

· Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision

· Computer literate

· Strong communication skills

· Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
