Area MeasurementTakes measurement of the selling areas for all store locations on a monthly basis and properly records the informationTakes measurement of the non-selling areas (back of house areas such as offices, employee's lounge, comfort rooms, locker areas, hallways, mechanical and electrical rooms, etc.) for all store locations as necessary and properly records the informationFor new stores:Takes measurement of the entire store areaValidates measurement against the Lease ContractValidates measurements based on the layout prepared by the Store Planning and Development (SPD) Department once setup of furnishing has been completedAccepts request forms from Merchandising/ Concessionaires used in recording changes in the area measurementsEnsures that request forms are duly signed and approved by the Merchandise Manager and Concessionaire's authorized representative 2.
