Business Development Representative

Join our team as a Business Development Representative and play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and establish new partner and client relationships
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and grow the brand with a customer-centric approach
  • Ensure continuous revenue streams through new project bookings and collections
  • Convert leads to sales
  • Maintain and update client records
  • Assist in Marketing initiatives to fulfill business needs
  • Suggest/Recommend strategies in terms of Marketing/BD processes applicable to the job function
  • Prepare presentations needed by BD/Marketing
  • Assist in administrative tasks for BD/Marketing
  • Collaborate with other departments in terms of Marketing needs
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any business-related courses
  • At least five (5) years of experience in a similar role and nature
  • Business modeling experience
  • Professional level of communication skills
  • People, service, and results-oriented
  • Good sales instinct and numerical analysis
  • Can work maturely and independently
  • Outgoing and with good interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Willing to do field work and meet clients
  • Highly-organized problem-solver with initiative and self-motivation
  • Proficient in Google Suites
