To help develop and maintain a top-notch risk management capability integrated across the business.

To assist in fostering a robust, transparent, and proactive risk culture, working closely with different units to aid management in identifying, evaluating, reporting, and handling key risks.

Educational Qualifications
  • An affiliate of a well-known actuarial institute, CERA, or member of other risk institutes is preferred.
  • Graduate degree (post-graduate preferred) in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field relevant to Risk.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in financial services, with at least 1 year in life insurance actuarial work or a related area.
  • Experience in asset-liability management, product pricing, investment, capital management, financial analysis, projection, valuation, or similar areas.
Personal Characteristics/Behaviors
  • Skilled at analyzing problems, synthesizing relevant information, identifying key issues, and suggesting suitable solutions.
  • Capable of effective collaboration with various clients and colleagues beyond the immediate team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Effective negotiation and influencing skills.
