Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Site Civil Engineer at 24 Chicken located in Caloocan City, with flexibility for some field work. As a site civil engineer, your day-to-day tasks will involve planning and managing projects, communicating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data for decision-making, and contributing to product development.

Responsibilities:

Handles and supervises multiple 24 CHICKEN on going projects at the same time.

Handles budget and cost estimations and management.

Manage various permit applications for government compliance.

Attends pre-construction meetings.

Handles the scheduling of delivery of owner-supplied items.

Manage change orders.

Coordinates with respective people involved with the projects.

Qualifications:

Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect

Willing to Learn. Self starter. Enjoys working under pressure.

Good at Autocad is a plus.

Willing to travel nationwide.

Willing to be part of a growing company.

At least 1 year experience in engineering field

Must be willing to do hybrid office work and field work.

Office is located at Sta quiteria Caloocan city, while projects include inside and outside Metro Manila.

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month

With Transpo allowance

Schedule: Field Work

13th month salary

Performance bonus

Yearly bonus
