  1. Oversee daily site operations,ensuring work is performed in accordance with design specifications, safety guidelines and quality standards.
  2. Develop detailed project plans, timelines and schedules to ensure works is executed efficiently.
  3. Ensure that all construction activities comply with the project specifications, standards and safety regulations.
  4. Coordinate with architect, engineers, project managers, to resolve technicial issues and ensure smooth workflow.
  5. Manage and communicate daily work schedule to the site team.
  6. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress report, site logs, and material inventories.
  7. Report any delays, risks or issues to the Management in a trimely manner.
  8. Address on-site technical issues or challeges that arise during operations.
  9. Perform Monitoring of materials at site and scheduling/track materials delivery.
  10. Ensuring all materials at site and workmanship meet the project's specifications. Requirements: 1.) Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 2.) Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role in construction industry. 3.) Strong knowledge in construction methods, materials, and regulations. 4.) Proficiency in construction management software and AutoCAD. 5.) Excellent communication and leadership skills. 6.) Ability to work in a fast fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 7.) Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
