Assist walk-in inquiries, provide basic introduction about the school, it's class schedule and fees.

Give a quick school tour if possible.

Answer inquiries via phone call, SMS or email.

Process enrolment and requirements

Schedule trial classes and coordinate with the concerned lead teacher

Check the schedule of social media posting for the assigned teacher.

Welcome the parents and champs

2. Inventory and Supply Management

Monitor usage of school supplies and monthly inventories

Schedule of purchasing school supplies is every 3 months; make sure that supplies ordered is also good for 3 months.

Ordering and preparation of Uniforms. Submit to CM for approval.

Monitor cleaning supplies with the help of the utility staff, make sure that there is enough cleaning supplies for a week.

Coordinate with the designated suppliers, ask for quotations and submit to Center Manager for approval.

3. Building Coordination and supplier coordination for working and delivery permits, event permits

4. Filing and submission of Attendance and time sheet records for internal staff

5. Parent coordination and communication

Receive parent concerns

Monitor schedules of Birthday parties, inform parents about the school rules for birthday parties.

establish good relationship with the parents and guardians while maintaining professional standards

6. Monthly SOA Preparation and transmission with care letter from CM

Prepare and release SOA

Sending withdrawal for to parents who are on vacation.
