Creates and secure approval of Purchase Orders (PO). b. Coordinates approved Purchase Orders (PO) with Accounting Team for payment processing. c. Issues Purchase Orders (PO) to Suppliers, monitors and expedite deliveries. PRODUCT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT:Updates Product details and information in ERP/EBT.Creation of new item code based on item code template. REBATES AND PROGRAM SUPPORT:Encodes Rebates and Promo (Sellout, Price drop, Promos and other programs) to EBT.Aid Accounting on Submission Requirements.Sending of Weekly Inventory and Sellout to supplier and vendor. Knowledge:Knows about the IT products in the company's portfolio. Skills:Demonstrates proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.Above average communication skills, both oral and writtenMust possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to deal effectively with suppliers and vendors. Talent:Results-oriented and has a good command of urgency under extreme pressure. Experience:1-2 years working in an IT retail company handling product.Preferably 2-3 Yrs. Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory or equivalent.
