What are we looking for?Qualifications:
Education

  • College Graduate (with or without work experience is accepted)
  • College Undergraduate or SHS Graduate (Finished 2nd year level): must have 2 years of customer service experience (Non-BPO experience is accepted as long as it is a customer facing)
  • 2-year Associate Graduate : must have 2 years of customer service experience (Non-BPO experience is accepted as long as it is a customer facing)

High School Graduate:
must have 4 years of customer service experience (Non-BPO experience is accepted as long as it is a customer facing)
