About the RoleThis is an intermediate-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including recruiting, candidate management, and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to complete a range of recruitment administrative duties, such as record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Provides recruiting support, including managing live requisitions, status monitoring across the recruitment workflow, and reviewing and securing approval of candidate declarations.
- Manages scheduling, monitors candidate status, and conducts initial assessments for hiring.
- Sends reminders and answers basic hiring and onboarding inquiries to support candidate management.
- Performs scheduling and call-outs to communicate basic information about the role and assess candidate interest.
- Conducts initial screening to gauge candidate suitability and presents qualified candidates to the Hiring Manager.
- Assists senior professionals in coordinating and administering programs and activities covering multiple TA and HR activities.
- Works closely with TAO and recruiter to provide onboarding administration support, including generating, reviewing, and approving offer letters, sending welcome emails, collecting pre-employment requirements, and more.
- Assists in ad-hoc strategic projects.
- Appropriately assesses risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
- Ensures consistent application of team process controls.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience

- Knowledge of operational support utilizing Workday or similar system experience

- Strong attention to detail and experience of drafting clear and appropriate correspondence, reports, adverts, and job descriptions
- Strong administrative and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
