As Front Desk Associate, you are responsible in ensuring that all visitor, employee, and related personal information are kept and handled in accordance with existing company policies and regulatory laws on Information Security and Data Privacy.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As an accomplished Front Desk Associate, you will serve as an effective gatekeeper, providing administrative support as appropriately guided by Front Desk Supervisor and Front Desk Concierge Support as well as reasonable relevant requests by Corporate members in a well-organized and timely manner, which to include coordinating travel ground transportation requirements and accommodation requests of visitors and clients.

To be specific, but not all inclusive, you will:

Act as the point of contact between the management and internal/external staff/clients.Create and route correspondences as required by Executives and corporate staffProvides exceptional client services – make travel arrangements (flight bookings, hotel bookings and transportations as well as other clients' requests)Provide support to HR Services by assisting in distributing ID cards, proximity access, and exemption pass' to onsite new hires/employeesMaintain confidentiality of all handled information and documentsAttends to Room Reservation requests promptlyDisplay a high regard and always demonstrate Acquire's ValuesEnsure that all employment and personal information of employees are kept and handled in accordance with existing company policies on Information Security and Data Privacy A BIT ABOUT YOU TrustworthyExemplary English speaking and comprehension skillHas great attention to details and accuracyHas great organizational and planning skills; able to multi-task in a high paced environmentGood judgment and decision making abilityConfidentHas initiative to drive changeQuick in analyzing and solving day to day challengesExceptional customer serviceHas high degree of professionalism WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Zero security breach.Excellent feedback from employees, guests, visitors and clients.Achievement in duty with a high degree of accuracy, satisfaction and efficiency.
