We have an exciting opportunity for a Deal Desk Team Lead to join our Global Deal Desk Team. The position is based in our Manila, Philippines office, and with the ability to work flexibly on a remote basis. You will provide Deal Desk support for the Global Deal Desk organisation as well as being responsible for ensuring your team of associates' timely and quality delivery of the drafted contracts, system updates and processing of contracts.

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Operations experience with technology companies in similar roles
  • Must be a self-starter, highly analytical, with sound decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task are critical
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to work well with field sales, field sales operations and finance
  • Must be able to function as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment
  • Able to handle escalations and act with a sense of urgency
  • Accurately execute multiple tasks
  • Motivated problem solver with the ability to sort through issues to create and recommend improvements; strong customer service mindset
  • Must be willing to be on a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Must be willing to work on rotating shifts.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  • Execute deal desk functions including, but not limited to: data entry, contract research, creation/validation of price quotes, account registration validation, coordinating signature and deal processing, triaging with a deep understanding of order-to-bill process
  • Collaborate and build proactive, positive relationships with peers, managers, and other operations teams to ensure consistency within processes, determine best practices, and work efficiently
  • Strive to meet or exceed published service level agreements
  • Work extended hours for quarter-end closings
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the manager based on business needs and Corporate requirements.
  • Lead a team of up to 10 Deal Desk Associates.
  • Onboarding of new Deal Desk Associate hires.
  • Maintaining of team resources and training material.
  • Responsible for the performance and development of their direct reports within our Principle Based Management Values.
