Provide general support to the scholarship programs, such as, but not limited to:

Assist in the coordination and the facilitation of the different sourcing activities such as orientations and assemblies;Assist in establishing partnerships with stakeholders;Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters to the different stakeholders and ensuring timely responses and proper documentation;Support in storing, managing, and evaluating data efficiently;Assist in producing reports and analyzing data that will help in improving the sourcing operations of the GBF Scholarship Programs.Provide support to other programs as assigned by the immediate supervisorJob RequirementsProven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar capacity.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.Attention to detail and accuracy in work.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
