Job Summary

The main responsibility of the Technical Services Associate is to provide support to the Technical Services Program, specifically for Research & Development, Food Safety Management, Plant Sanitation and Quality.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Establish and/or update operational procedures and reference standards for Research and Development, Food Safety Management, Plant Sanitation and Quality, ensuring appropriateness with planned objectives or implementation.
  • Provide support in the implementation of Research and Development, Food Safety Management, Plant Sanitation and Quality programs, including facilitation of hand shake activities, awareness seminars, trainings, and proper documentation of performed activities.
  • Perform required monitoring processes and needed data gathering activities for Research and Development, Food Safety Management, Plant Sanitation and Quality programs, including experimental trials and projects, and advise on statistical analyses and generate reports of evaluation results.
  • Participate in experimental trials and operational standardization planned and initiated by Research & Development, Food Safety Management, Plant Sanitation and Quality teams, and submit required output, including data and records.
  • Perform verification activities to determine effectiveness of Research & Development, Food Safety Management, Plant Sanitation and Quality Programs, generate reports, and provide recommendations on acquired findings for continuous improvement of the programs.
  • Ensure proper documentation and records management for all paper works related to Research & Development, Food Safety Management, Plant Sanitation and Quality programs, in accordance with established procedures on Document Information Control.
Minimum Qualification/Experience:
  • Degree in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or other related science courses.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Detail-oriented individuals with a passion for documentation, learning, and acquiring knowledge, who possess good verbal and written communication skills, integrity, and professional ethics, and can work with minimal supervision, are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills:
  • Knowledgeable on document and spreadsheet applications.
