A Customer Care Associate- Clinic & Utilization Management is primarily responsible in 3 major roles.

(1) Clinic Management - functions as administrative coordinator for HealtHub & corporate clinics, management of corporate clinics & medical personnel which includes the selection, deployment, updating & monitoring of corporate clinics, nurses, doctors and other medical specialist services included in account's benefit; (2) Full Medical Exam (FME) – scheduling, processing & issuance FME endorsements; coordination of FME services payment with concerned departments & divisions; accreditation of FME providers and timely receipt of FME results; (3) Utilization Management – assigned to develop and participate in activities and programs to decrease utilization of accounts; review of utilization and admission & create partnership with variety of Wellness Lecturers, Health & Wellness Providers for wellness caravans and programs.


A. To ensure that processes are within set standards/TATs

B. Prepares and submits pertinent reports like Clinic Utilization reports, Incident reports, and corporate clinic census among others.

C.

Refers and coordinates with Insurance agents, Liaison officers, Helpline, Claims, Provider Network, Marketing and other departments to verify availment of members and account details.
