Monitor and control inventory level, tracking stock inventories and conducting regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.Supervises incoming and outgoing shipping activities.Participates in the development and implementation of Security Control Procedure for warehouse operation.Prepare oral and written reports related to warehousing, distribution and shipment activities/ operations.Assist Warehouse Supervisor in analyzing work requirements and establishes performance standard.Secure all transaction are properly documented and correct.Prepares monthly cycle counts, semi-annual inventory counts and year-end inventory reports to all warehouse stocks/ item.Prepares daily Itinerary Form and other forms/ slip for releasing and receiving of items.Properly file all stocks/ item records, inventory and warehouse and logistics record.Ensure all documents in the warehouse are organized.Monitor, inspect and record incoming inventory shipments, verifying quantities, quality and condition of items received against purchase orders or packing slips.Update inventory database, systems and spreadsheets to reflect stock transactions, adjustment and movements, maintaining up-to-date and accurate inventory records.Conduct regular inventory audits, reconciling physical stock counts with the inventory records, investigating discrepancies and resolving inventories variances.Review the currents practices and recommends improvement in the warehouse operations to the supervisor.Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient storage, handling and distribution of inventory items, optimizing warehouse layout and organization.Has knowledge in preparation of items for dispatch/ delivery.Perform other duties assigned by Warehouse Supervisor from time to time.
