Your Role:

As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will:

Promote, demonstrate and instill Brock's Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the businessReview incoming invoices for processingData entry of vendor invoices for payment.Research discrepancies and unapproved/unpaid invoices.Providing basic analysis, research and assist with internal and external vendor inquiries.Research aged invoices and determine proper resolution.Perform periodic vendor statement reconciliations to ensure all invoices for the company have been collected and processed by Shared Service Accounts Payable.Assist in the preparation and distribution of weekly AP reporting.What You Need:

Non-negotiables:
Minimum of 5+ in general accounting.Must be a bachelor's degree holder of Accounting, Finance or related course.Preferred skills/expertise:
Must demonstrate excellent customer service responsiveness.Ability to resolve issues while maintaining good working relationships.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with all levels of personnel in large organization distributed throughout the company.Adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrates conflict resolution and critical thinking skills.Must have excellent organizational skills.Must be deadline oriented and ability to handle multiple, competing priorities on individual and team assignments.Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Must have Intermediate skill level in Excel.About MicroSourcing:
