The Senior Specialist, Learning Experience Designer:

The key role will involve designing impactful learning experiences that yield desired outcomes, showcasing an in-depth understanding of adult learning theories. Responsibilities will include developing top-notch training content in various formats such as interactive eLearning modules, facilitator-led materials, virtual classroom designs, videos, simulations, performance support aids, and assessments. The focus will be on enhancing learner experiences through engaging methods and fostering effective learning. The position requires agility in work, balancing collaborative team brainstorming with focused individual design efforts, managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and leading co-creation sessions with diverse partners.


Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Designing learner-centric instructional materials encompassing micro-learning modules, curricula, quick reference guides, checklists, eLearning content, PowerPoint presentations, simulations, videos, assessments, and blended learning solutions to support various training formats
  • Utilizing agile models for efficient development collaboration and project leadership
  • Conducting project workgroup meetings, content reviews, and obtaining early customer feedback
  • Collaborating with designers, developers, subject matter experts, and learners to enhance learning quality
  • Creating clear and engaging instructional text, audio/video scripts
  • Developing assessments aligned with defined learner outcomes
  • Supporting learning pilots, facilitating train-the-trainer sessions, and revising training materials
  • Applying strong project management skills, setting expectations, and resolving issues
  • Collaborating with business partners and SMEs to ensure alignment and engagement
  • Maintaining project status, timelines, conducting quality assurance, and document review
  • Applying project management principles for delivering training support, progress reporting, and success measures
  • Contributing to training communities of practice, sharing insights and best practices
  • Identifying tools for development and adhering to company policies and culture
  • Promoting continuous improvement, setting growth goals, and supporting special projects
