Job Overview
We are growing the ESG Demand Management team and looking for Customer Journey expert to join our team within the COO Risk organization.
As a Business Analyst/Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the team by actively working with programs, domain experts and implementation teams to achieve the key objective of delivering ready-for-use ESG data.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with ESG stakeholders to understand their data demandsDefine and implement process to consolidate multiple and overlapping ESG data demands Analyze, refine and validate requirements for clarity and to ensure feasibility of implementationInvestigate and validate data sourcing options with key data suppliers and data ownersBe the link between the programs/initiatives and the implementation teams/domainsManage stakeholders by proactively communicating on timelines, priorities and deliverables.Identify and implement opportunities to measure and show impact through ESG Risk data insightsHelp grow ESG expertise within the COO domainsKey Capabilities
You have a passion for data.You have strong knowledge on business requirement management and refinement methodsYou have strong analytical skills and get energy of translating complexity into a clear vision and structure, always looking for ways to improve the status quo.You have the ability to effectively communicate complex technical content to business/functional audiencesYou have a strong collaborative team player, working within and across multiple virtual teams on ESG projectsYou focus on delivery through collaboration, ability to bring people together to work towards the same purpose.You are easy to work with, excellent organization sensitivity skills, and have a drive to work in a bank-wide, international environment.You have outstanding social and communication skills (ability to communicate clearly, effectively and consistently in different contexts and cultures).Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering, Sciences, or alike, and/or equivalent 5+ years' experience as a business analyst with (senior) stakeholder management skills 2 + Experience in business and data requirements analysis within the financial services sector Broad knowledge of sustainability, climate or ESG domain Experience in creating processes and standards; and documenting these for wide use Eager to learn more and proactively acquire knowledge relevant to ESG and sustainability topics Capable of acting as connector between business and IT Excellent command and use of the English language. Experience in data analysis and broad knowledge of data analysis tools-
