Essential Duties and Responsibilities (If assigned on Office)

Develop designs and provide cost estimates for civil and steel works for solar projectsMonitor site execution of civil works to check whether civil works are following time frames, budget and requirementsConduct inspections to evaluation condition of facilities and structuresPerform field surveysConduct site visits to collect information and analyze structure designs and civil worksCheck quality of civil works based on standards, specifications and requirementsMonitor construction of solar projects and improve processesCoordinate with project managers/engineers to ensure proper delivery of solar projectsProvide guidance to other engineers and solar project teamsPrepares engineering tools in projects implementations: Pert CPM; Construction Gantt Chart, Manpower and Equipment SchedulesPrepare reports on assigned projects as requiredEnsure compliance of civil engineering practices with applicable codes and standardsWork closely with the project engineer to ensure timelines are followed and project goals are achieved.Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.Preparing detailed plans for the projects.Other electrical engineering tasks not mentioned above which are deemed necessary for the completion of projects and activities.Willing to be assigned outside LuzonWITH MEFPS EXPERIENCE.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (If assigned on Site)Responsible for the engineering activities from beginning to end of project.Meet with clients to interpret their need and requirements and determine project specification.Collaborate with other engineers to deliver projects effectively and efficiently.Complete actual technical specifications.Analyze and determine actual project specification.Prepare all necessary documents and reports related to engineering activities.Monitor engineering activities and deliverables.Propose preventive and corrective actions.Ensure compliance of all project engineering practices with all relevant codes, laws and regulations.Submitting project deliverables and ensuring they adhere to quality standards; Project oversight.Preparing accomplishment report to head office.Documentation of all the laborer or manpower in the site.Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.Facilitating change request to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedules and budget.Delegate tasks to project team members.Manage resources and schedules for the whole duration of the projects.WITH MEFPS EXPERIENCE.
