Civil Draftsperson

Job Summary:

The Civil Drafter will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and plans for civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, transportation, and land development. This role requires proficiency in CAD software, a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and project managers.

Develop detailed technical drawings and plans for civil engineering projects using CAD software.Interpret and apply information from engineering designs, specifications, and calculations to produce accurate drafts.Collaborate with civil engineers and project managers to ensure drawings meet project requirements and standards.Revise and update drawings based on feedback and changes in project specifications.Ensure that all drafts comply with industry standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.Maintain organized records of all drawings and project documentation.Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other documentation. Requirements/Skills Needed:Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering or a related field preferred.At least 3+ years of experience as a Draftsman with a focus on civil or a similar role.Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D.Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting technical drawings.Ability to interpret complex engineering designs and specifications.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.Experience with GIS software and other drafting tools is a plus. Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Full-time
