Procurement Staff

Responsible in interviewing vendors and visit suppliers' plants and distribution centres to examine and learn about product services and prices.
Responsible in analysing price proposal and other information to determine reasonable prices.Responsible in negotiating contracts on behalf of their organization.
Responsible in working out agreements with supplier such as when products will be delivered.
Responsible in meeting with vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action.
Responsible in evaluating and monitor contracts to be sure that supplies comply with the terms and conditions of the contract and to determine the need for changes.
Responsible in Encoding of Purchase order to NavisionResponsible in Coordinating with global procurement team in case of related purchases. Responsible in Submitting PO to Accounting Manager for evaluation of budget. Responsible in Submitting PO to Accounting Manager for evaluation of budget. Responsible in Submitting PO to Factory Manager for final approval.
Responsible in Sending the approved PO to the selected Supplier.
Responsible in validating with the supplies if they have received the purchase order. Responsible in performing Yearly supplies evaluation.
Responsible in reviewing the purchase requisition for any detailed specification being required.
Follow up Suppliers for delivery schedules.
Responsible in maintaining 5S to the assigned work area.
Consistently practice and maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting w/ fellow employee's, management, and visitors.
Responsible for planning cost savings to global procurement and reporting actuals versus plan with explanations and corrective actions.
Responsible to perform Strategy of Procurement (For instance: consolidating forecasts of future volumes to be purchased so that with yearly volumes can be used for better prices with suppliers, etc)
This position requires high integrity behaviour in line with Code of Conduct of Imperial Brands and Purchasing procedure.
Graduate of any 4-year Business Course
With at least 1 year of experience as Procurement Staff
Excellent Negotiation, Presentation & Communication Skills
