**Construction Solutions Supervisor**

Manage and oversee unique or non-standard construction projects within Alfamart's portfolio, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and supervise special construction projects from inception through to completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource requirements, for special projects.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues that arise.
  • Monitor project progress, including tracking milestones, managing resources, and ensuring that work is completed according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications, ensuring they meet Alfamart's requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenditures, approving payments, and ensuring cost control.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee work, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and address any on-site challenges.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or in a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in project supervision or management within the construction industry, with a focus on special or non-standard projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, and resource management.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address project-specific challenges and conflicts.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for effective project documentation and reporting.
