Working closely with onshore client managers to provide high quality bookkeeping services to clients of Accru Melbourne and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Key responsibilities include:
* Data entry and processing accounting data
* Accounts Payable & Receivable
* Accounts preparation to trial balance
* Payroll for clients
* Bank Reconciliations
* Liaising with accounting team
* Assisting with BAS / IAS / Payroll Tax preparation

Key capabilities include:
* Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills including ability to multi-task and prioritize
* Excellent Communication (written and verbal), with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of management
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work within a team
* Resilience and enthusiasm when dealing with difficult or challenging tasks
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* High level of interpersonal skills with demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy
* Ability to take on feedback and respond constructively

Qualifications and requirements include:
* 2- 3 years experience in a similar role
* Experience working within an Australian professional services business providing bookkeeping services highly regarded
* Experience with Xero and MYOB required
* Intermediate knowledge – Office 365
* Strong data entry skills
