This full-time role is located in Makati CBD and is a rare opportunity for individuals experienced in sales customer service to propel their career forwards.

The ROLE:

As a Telesales Consultant, you will provide professional consultations over the telephone and online with clients that have enquired about our consultancy services and quality learning products to Australia training organisations.

You will be responsible for the following tasks and responsibilities:

Have knowledge of a large suite of learning resources, Fusion360's compliance services, and Fusion360's Recruitment ServicesPromptly contact clients, and sell learning and assessment materials as well as RTO services Vigorous follow-up of all client enquiries to maximise sales conversionRegular contact with the company's clients through follow-up.Conducting online needs analysis, sales presentations and quotation follow-up meetings daily.Liaise with third parties and resellers to negotiate rates and gain product knowledgeRespond promptly to email and phone inquiries from clients, and prospective clientsEnsure emails and quotes are accurate and include all the needed information before being sent to clients Act with the highest integrity in every client interactionUpdate records, create new leads, log calls, and maintain relevant databases The following will give you an advantage:At least 6 months of Outbound Sales experienceExperience in cold-calling and generating sales leadsBe self-motivated and results-drivenProfessional sales tone of voiceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity/proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software like SalesforceExperience in handling (an) Australian account/sFamiliarity/proficiency in Office365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Skills and Qualifications:Must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate / Bachelor's/College Degree in any field Extensive experience in sales and client liaison - inbound and/or outbound sales experience — preferable in a business-to-business environmentExcellent sales and customer service skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skills, time management skills, great attention to detail, above average typing speed and accuracy, proficient with MS Office programsStrong work ethic and ability to work autonomously.Candidates willing to start immediately will be prioritisedWhat you will Gain:
