Main purpose of the Customer Service Admin:

Assisting customer service department by researching and resolving order issues. Answering internal customer service requests with professionalism and excellent support. Representing REVOLVE in a way that is consistent with our organizational values. We obsess over our customers Required equipment will be provided. Other duties may be added as needed.

THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE - HIGH-SPEED HOME INTERNET IS REQUIRED.

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsible for researching and resolving order issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.Investigating and troubleshooting payment and refund-related issues.Resolving shipping and logistic issues, including reaching out to warehouses, and carriers, filing claims, and notifying customers of order issues. Responding to customer questions and comments via social channels with speed and professionalism. Supporting the customer service department with daily administrative tasks and ad hoc requests from customer service manager. Work closely with carriers, 3rd party vendors, and Revolve management to notify customers of order updates and issues. Coordinate and follow up with other departments to ensure problem resolution and work together with other customer service team members to promote an environment of customer satisfaction.Delivers consistently exceptional customer service to Revolve employee at all levels and external points of contact.Required Competencies:
