Engagement: Direct Hire / Full time

As a member of our customer service team, you will assist patients with their hospital admissions. There will be times when it moves quickly, and they will look to you to provide the answers to their questions as they register. By gathering information fast and precisely and by listening compassionately—that is, not simply to hear what they have to say, but also to answer their worries, anxieties, and inquiries—you will establish trust in these exchanges.

Qualifications:

At least 2nd year in College (no back subjects)At least 1 year of RCM experience At least 1 year of experience in Eligibility, Claims, Benefits, Co-Pay, BillingExcellent Customer Service experienceWilling to work onsiteWilling to work on a Nightshift scheduleGood communication skills We also have opening in Quality Analyst - RCM and Team Lead (Operations) - RCM Good luck
