Responsibilities

Assists business units in determining reporting needsMaintains databases and updates as neededData mining and presentation of findings of data in line with the program objectives using databasesAnalyzes current processes in order to identify the improvement opportunities, improve efficiency, quality and reduce risksAnalyzes trends, causes and variances and creates and distributes routine reportsRespond to inquiries, receive and share information with peers, functional group, staff and management within and outside departmentsPerforms analytical skills and develop standard reportsDevelop new reporting processes or templates while managing ad hoc and recurring reports using internal business intelligence toolsPerform other duties which may be required by management from time to time RequirementsGraduate of any 4 year courseAt least 1-year working experience as Data or Reports Analyst or related roles, in the BPO or Shared Services settingHighly proficient in MS Excel. Knowledge in VBA or macro is a plusHas working knowledge in Google Sheets and Powerpoint Strong mathematical, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent documentation skillsCan communicate effectively with all levels of management in both written and verbal.Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and toolsAbility to exercise discretion on sensitive and confidential matters.Willing to work on shifting schedule including night shift, weekends and holidays.Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City once work in office resumes.
