We are looking for Chat Suppport Representatives with the following qualifications:

Must have at least Diploma Certificate or Completed 2 years in college.Must have at least 1 year in BPO Customer Service Representatives.Amenable for Shifting Schedule (Dayshift, Midshift, Graveyard Shift)Amenable to Work Onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assisting customers through chats.Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.Identifying any problems with the database and taking appropriate action in discussion with the direct superior.
