Work you'll do

The Organization Transformation team focuses on helping businesses operate in alignment with their strategic objectives. This involves using behavioral analytics, actuarial capabilities, and research insights to drive organizational change.

  • Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to develop recommendations for clients
  • Implement recommendations with project and client teams
  • Support clients in executing organizational and change initiatives
  • Conduct client workshops
  • Assist in financial aspects of engagements such as budgets and billing

If you possess:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology / Sociology or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of consulting experience with exposure to change management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies
  • Experience in HR or management consulting
  • Excellent communication skills
