By joining us as a Technical Support Engineer III , Technical Support Administration, you will undergo an 8-week classroom training and shadowing session to be conducted by our Systems and Training team, leaders, and product specialists. The training curriculum covers Rosemount Measurement and Flow product training, including pressure, DP-Level, DP-Flow, temperature, and flow; and order entry using Oracle and CRM.

After completing the program, you will join a group of hardworking, dynamic, and customer-focused digital support engineers and business administrators. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • To evaluate application information and provide suitable products or alternative solutions.
  • To perform automated sizing and calculation to validate the proper use of the equipment.
  • To provide product specification information that the customer needs.
  • To evaluate basic engineering specifications, compare applications with industry standards, and escalate to whom they should be directed.
  • To enter quote details, recommended product model codes, and miscellaneous items (documents and services) in the system.
  • To review the completeness of customer data and documentation requirements.
  • To participate in the execution of functional unit strategic initiatives and programs to support the objectives of the management.

You have excellent analytical skills and can efficiently carry out tasks independently and generate accurate, high-quality reports. For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related courses.
  • At least 3 years of experience in quote generation work and order screening tasks.
  • Willingness to work on a night shift schedule.
  • Proficiency in English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
