Role Description:
Serves as the Sales Staff for Executive Optical branches. They are the front liners and in-charge of assisting customers. Responsibilities and Duties ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assess customers' needs, provide assistance and information on product features. Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries. Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Actively seek out customers in store. Remain knowledgeable about products offered and discuss available options.

Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School graduate (new curriculum) or Junior High School (old curriculum).
  • Retail sales experience is an advantage.
  • With good interpersonal skills, with confidence in interacting with different types of customers.
