Customer Care will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their financial inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on financial products and services. This role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of financial regulations and practices.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 year BPO experience (international voice campaign)
Must have completed at least 2 years in college
Must be willing to work onsite - Alabang Muntinlupa
Must be amenable with shifting schedules
Salary and Benefits:
Package - 20,000 to 22,000
HMO on 3rd month
Can enroll as much as 3 dependents on their 6th month (upon regularization)
10% night differential
Annual performance bonus
