We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources team. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in HR management, particularly in the fast-paced and dynamic environment of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HR team, overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll and benefits, performance management, training, and development.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Spearhead recruitment efforts, managing the end-to-end hiring process to ensure the acquisition of top talent for various roles within the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with the overall business objectives and contribute to organizational growth.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness within the BPO industry.
  • Utilize HRIS and other technologies to streamline HR processes and enhance data management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field may be preferred.
  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Expertise in recruitment and staffing processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Experience in managing high-volume recruitment processes, common in the BPO industry.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations and the ability to resolve conflicts.
  • Experience in implementing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration, including salary structures, incentives, and employee benefits.
  • Ability to design and implement competitive compensation packages.
  • Previous experience in the BPO industry or a similar service-oriented industry is often preferred.
  • Ability to lead a team of HR professionals and collaborate with other departments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity, especially in a BPO setting where diverse teams may be present.

This is an Onsite Work Arrangement: 10F, IT Tower 2, Archbishop Reyes St., Cebu Business Park, Bo. Luz, Cebu City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
