Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance
  • Review major deliverables with clients to ensure quality standards are met
  • Oversee New Client Start Up Operations
  • Handle client issues efficiently and inform the Director of Client Services
  • Administer client contracts according to terms
  • Manage Change Orders, invoices, and payment collections
  • Update client data and identify potential issues or opportunities
  • Ensure Triage processes and procedures are followed
  • Pursue account growth and new business opportunities
  • Communicate client's goals and interests to the team
  • Provide regular, effective client communication
  • Conduct training for key account contacts
  • Assist with running reports and present annual performance results to clients
  • Prepare stewardship documents and review account informational items
  • Process renewal terms for each account accurately
  • Provide clients with necessary training and marketing materials
