Product Management & Development (Marketing & Communications)

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to source high-quality products at competitive prices.
• Define product features, specifications, and pricing strategies based on market insights and customer feedback for sales training and marketing communications purposes.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market plans and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor product performance and sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Coordinate with stores and logistics teams to ensure timely availability and distribution of products across all locations.
• Provide product training and support to sales staff to enhance product knowledge and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• A passion for technology and gadgets – we want to hire an absolute geek that is naturally eager to learn all the intricacies of every gadget out there.
• This geek cannot be socially inept, he or she must be able to lead a team of 12 people within the product department.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or Engineering.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the retail or consumer electronics industry.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and product development processes.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
