Job Summary:

Manage suppliers' quality and compliance activity to meet or exceed all customer quality requirements as part of the team.

Key Responsibilities

lOn-site productinspection, in-line inspection, and reporting,follow-up non-conformities, failure analysis and improvements etc.

lOn-site monitoring and audit of suppliers' manufacturing process and quality controls so to ensure product quality.

lManage customer complaints with an 8D approach.

lWarranty quality handling and product failure analysis

lParticipate in new project development process.

lDriving continuous improvement via Kaizen

lSuppliers training and development.

lCommunicate with related departmentsto ensure quality requirements are met.

lOther tasks that the supervisor assigned.

Person Specifications

lAt least 3yearsofworking experiencein quality/process control.

lFamiliar with Work Instructions, SOP, PFC, PCP, Check sheet, etc.

lFamiliar withquality tools:Kaizen, FMEA, MSA, SPC, DOE, etc.

lSufficient experience in new project development

lShould be able to read and inspect as per Product construction drawings.

lGoodEnglish reading, writing,and speaking.

lGood communication, and interpersonal skills

lAble to work independently and pro-actively.

lPrefer to have (suppliers) quality management experiences.

lTextile /garment-relevantfieldexperience will be a plus.

lExperiences with gloves will be a plus.

lChinese reading, writing, and speaking is preferable.

lMain Station in Supplier Factory

lTravelat different suppliers frequently.

lGood understanding and rich experiencein soft goods, Gloves, Garments, Leather products inspections & manufacturing processes.

lGood understanding and rich experience in quality control and quality assurance: 7 QC tools, CPK, DOE, ISO9001, etc.

lIn-depth knowledge of Inspection Levels, AQLs, and sampling plans (GB/T / C=0), EN388

Reporting relationship:

lReport to the Outsource quality supervisor
