Administrative Assistant
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Prepare and distribute email, correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Maintain contact list (Employees, Clients, etc)
- Provide general support to visitors
- Order office supplies
- Book travel arrangements
- Handle sensitive information discreetly
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- At least 1 year experience in the field or related area
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
- Open to learning and training
- Proficiency in MS OFFICE
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
