  • Master Degree Holder of required specialization ( Maritime/IT/Compu.Sci / Business / Nursing / Medicine etc).
  • At least 2 years of experience as PH after obtaining the masters degree and minimum of 2 years of teaching experience as per to specialization.
  • Strong experience in academic administration and development of academic programmes/curriculum, policies, and regulations necessary to hold authority over the activities in an educational institution.
  • Suitable research publications in high quality peer reviewed publication outlets in one of the discipline areas offered in the college.
  • Having a proven track record as a leader, teacher and public servant in a variety of settings is critical.
  • Meets the external requirements of the Commission on Higher Education and applicable specialized accrediting organizations.
  • Must possess IMO Certification 6.09, 3.12, and 6.10

Responsibilities:

  • Will teach a specific field of specialization/ expertise;
  • Observes the curricular program and implements approved syllabus for the assigned subject matter
  • Plans learning activities, visual aids, considering the needs of the students in relation to the skill/s he/she needs to acquire.
  • Implements school guidance on classroom management
  • Develops instructional materials
  • Moderators or coaches of student-related activities and school organization
  • Prepares and delivers lessons to a range of classes
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
  • Available to teach face-to-face classes in Dasmarinas, Cavite campus.
