What is your mission?

• Oversees the daily operation and overall productivity to ensure effective throughput utilization and cost efficiency.
• Develops, refines and maintains a comprehensive pipeline of candidates through various traditional and alternative sourcing channels.
• Manages and partners with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the hires required within the budget.
• Performs a challenging range of complex activities including consultation, research, assessment, planning and implementation for alignment of the strategies with the departmental and organizational goals.
• Conducts regular business reviews with the team (weekly, monthly, or as needed).
• Works with Recruiting team on ramp solutions to deliver site requirements in a timely manner.
• Partners with Marketing team for effective branding in line with the TDP branding and over-all Teledirect vision and mission.
• Innovates existing sourcing methods to increase productivity, and formulates process improvements.
• Regularly scans and studies the market to check on landscape changes and developments that might impact hiring.
• Manages performance of the team and conducts coaching sessions.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
• 5 years' experience in Recruitment and Sourcing in a fast-paced environment, preferably BPO.
• 2 years' experience in managing functional groups and has demonstrated ability to work with and lead the team.
• Proficient knowledge of Recruitment practices and principles and has strong working knowledge of standard Recruiting and Sourcing procedures.
• Excellent relationship management and business partnering skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility with both internal and external stakeholders.
• High confidence level and ability to influence through expertise.
• Excellent visual presentation, analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
• Excellent planning skills with proven experience of general day to day practices and operations of Sourcing.
• Highly flexible with a demonstrated willingness to take on a responsible approach to issues arising in relation to Sourcing and other Recruitment functions.
