Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

Global Sourcing Associate Manager takes a significant role in executing effective and efficient procurement and supply chain services for Fly Ace Corporation (FAC) Business Unit . He/she provides support in developing and managing a preferred supply base that enhances FAC's product quality, competitiveness, and profitability.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Demand Planning Manager regarding demand forecasts, inventory targets, and other product concerns to ensure that stock requirements are fulfilled, and costly delays and lost opportunities are avoided.
  • Manage relationships with Principal vendors/suppliers that facilitate smooth flow of services.
  • Manage and monitor transactional procurement processes including vendor performance evaluation and risk assessment.
  • Manage and monitor the booking, planning and scheduling of shipments for certain products, collaborating with supplier purchasing counterparts, ensuring timelines and required documents are timely and accurately complied with
  • Achieve and maintain agreed inventory cover across all distributed brands per SKUs.
  • Provide general support to other connecting departments to achieve and sustain excellent service levels.
  • Create/enhance reporting tools in collaboration with related departments as necessary for continuous improvement of Global Sourcing work processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Industrial Engineer or related field.
  • At least five (5) years of Supply Chain management experience in distribution and/or retail industry with experience in international operations.
  • Analytical Skills; Strong Critical Thinking Skills
  • Category Management; Project Management; Relationship; and Financial Acumen Skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Novaliches Area.
