President Director

• Business development and market expansion: Implement the company's business development strategy and sales plan in the Philippines to achieve business growth goals. Responsible for exploring new business areas and markets, and expanding the company's business footprint in the Philippines
• Team management and leadership: Lead and manage the Philippine team to ensure efficient operation. Set team goals and performance indicators, develop corresponding incentive policies, and stimulate team morale and work enthusiasm
• Compliance management: Familiar with Philippine financial regulations and regulatory policies to ensure compliance of the company's business in the Philippines. Responsible for various audits of the company in the Philippines, ensuring that the company's operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements
• Market analysis and strategy of formulation: Monitor the dynamics of the Philippine financial market and the situation of competitors, conduct market analysis, and formulate competitive strategies. Based on market demand and the actual situation of the company, propose product and marketing strategy suggestions to promote business development
• Provide the Head office with information relating to the economic developments in the Philippines, or any other information or reports as requested by the HQ

Requirements:

• Undergraduate/Post Graduate/ MBA Degree
• Fluent in Filipino, English and Mandarin
• 10+ years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of Philippine laws and compliance etc
• Familiar with the Philippine financial market and regulatory policies, with successful business expansion experience
• Excellent communication and cross departmental collaboration skills, in-depth government resources, and adept at collaborating with personnel at all levels
