Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for our brand ambassadors, maintaining consistent and positive communication.
    Foster a collaborative relationship to understand each ambassadors unique needs and preferences.
  • Performance Optimization:
    Develop and implement strategies to help ambassadors maximize their sales.
    Analyze ambassador performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide tailored support.
  • Support & Information Provision:
    Ensure ambassadors receive timely and accurate information about new products, promotions, and brand updates.
    Coordinate with internal teams to provide ambassadors with marketing materials and resources.
  • Sales Strategy Development:
    Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create campaigns that align with the brands goals and help ambassadors increase sales.
    Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Training & Onboarding:
    Conduct onboarding sessions for new ambassadors, providing training and guidance to set them up for success.
    Organize periodic training sessions to refresh existing ambassadors' knowledge.
  • Feedback Collection

Qualifications:
