This role is responsible for managing operations of PEOPLE, a department responsible for Finance and Treasury, Human Resources, and Administrational matters. The Finance and Administration Manager is responsible for the overall financial management, planning and budget control, business analysis and reporting. The Finance and Administration Manager is also responsible for the company's HR strategy and management, including planning, recruitment, appraisals, discipline, employee welfare and payroll. Finally, the role includes responsibility for Administration Management such as cleaning, repairs, supplies and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Finance and Treasury

  • Manage annual finance and budget planning and preparation
  • Ensure compliance and legal conduct
  • Serve in an advisory role to the executive management as it relates to finance, investments, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and business development
  • Supervise finance, accounting and purchasing personnel
  • Weekly and monthly financial reports and business analysis to senior management
  • Manage reporting and relationship with government agencies.
  • Manage bank relationships
  • Manage legal documents and concerns
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to executive management
  • Prepare annual financial reports

Human Resource Management

  • Mange Recruitment planning, execution and on-boarding
  • Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting (SSS, PHIC, HDMF)
  • Implementation of company policy and procedures, standard documentation
  • Training and Development planning and execution
  • Benefits and compensation, HMO
  • Employee engagement activities and programs
  • Manage employee contracts, 201 files, HR systems.
  • Compensation and Payroll
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to executive management

Job Specifications:

  • The Finance and Administration Manager must have solid experience with Finance and HR Management, in managerial capacity.
  • CPA is preferred.
  • Candidate should have experience with and deep understanding of Financial Reporting, Tax computations and other related matters.
  • Candidate should have experience with and deep understanding of Philippine Labor Code, salary computations and other related matters.
  • Candidate should be able to communicate clearly in business English both orally and written.
  • Candidate should be highly familiar with accounting systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Candidate should have a pleasing personality, open mind and the ability to relate to, and inspire workforce.
