Project Planning and Development Manager (PPD Manager)
  • Bachelors Degree in any of the following:Business Admin, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, Management, Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering
  • Background in Project Planning, Project Design or Project Development or Project Management, Marketing and Research in a Real Estate or property management Company
  • At least 3 years in a Managerial Role in a Real Estates Industry

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Manage and over the four main phase of the project, which are:Concept, Planning, Implementation, and Delivery and Close-out
  • CONCEPT- Concept Development- Creation of Terms of Reference (TOR) to fit target market and KRA- Review and refinement of Initial schematic/concept plans
  • PLANNING- Preparation of detailed drawings, construction plans, marketing plans- Application of permits- Setting of selling price based on development costs submitted by CDG and Target Net Income submitted by Finance
  • IMPLEMENTATION- Start of Land Development- Actual construction- Pre - Selling
  • DELIVERY and CLOSE-OUT- Release of occupancy permit- Establishment of Condo Corp
